Rockland Burn Building for
Firefighter Training

The growing Village of Monticello in Sullivan County, New York needed a new firehouse to house its trucks; and to be a second “home” for its firefighters. 

With the assistance of Fellenzer Engineering LLP the Village of Monticello developed a state-of-the-art 15,000sf firehouse to meet their growing needs. Fellenzer Engineering LLP designed all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems for the building, which included designs for in-floor radiant heating, dormitory facilities, a wash bay, exercise room, meeting hall, emergency generator and building and site lighting.  Today, the Monticello Firehouse stands as one of the most progressive and intelligent firehouse designs in the Hudson Valley.
